"Morning sweetie," Shiro Smith said to his wife. "Morning, darling." His wife said back to him. "So what are you doing today?" "Nothing much, honey," he said back with a smile at his new wife. "So, Mrs. Smith how do you feel today?" "Just wonderful. and you Mr. Smith?" "Just great, Mrs. Smith or should I say-" "Beep beep, beep beep, beep beep" Shiro Smith quickly got out of bed and thought about smashing his alarm clock to the moon. He then looked at the time, The clock read 5:30, a full hour before he had to wake up. "Damn it, that's it." He picked up the alarm clock, picked up the bat right next to him and WHAM! Nerima saw a cow shaped clock flying over the moon. "Great. Now I have to get a new alarm clock," he muttered to himself. "But it was worth it!" He said with a huge grin on his face. < I guess there's nothing to do expect look at this DBZ English dub that my cousin sent me a few days ago. > ------------------------------------------------------- RANMA 1/2: LACK OF COMMON SENSEI Chapter Six: A bad day Created by Winston Smith Chapter by Sonny Taing (sonny_taing@hotmail.com) ------------------------------------------------------- "Urg, I'm gonna get my cousin for giving me that. that. tape." Shiro said to himself as he got into the front gates of Furiken High School. "Yeah, she gonna pay, I'll do. something. just don't know what it is yet," Shiro grumbled. "Looks like Smith-sensei finally lost it." Daisuke noted. "Wow all it took was a week. wonder how he lasted so long?" Hiroshi said. "By the way, I win the bet." "..." Was all Daisuke had to say. *** Shiro thought out. He sighed. He thought as the bell rang for 1st period. "Okay, students today we are going to learn a few simple, phrases, "I wear shiny leather." "I bear hiney better." The class responded. All Shiro had to say was a face fault. Unfortunately Sakura's chemistry class was doing a class experiment, and the fact that Sakura's classroom is on bottom of Shiro classroom. Needless to say, Shiro didn't look so hot. "Cla- class dismissed." Shiro called out from the Shiro shaped hole. He then promptly passed out. *** "Wahhhhhh!!! I'm late!" Tonomi yelled out. "Smith-sensei, I'm sorry that was I was late." Tonomi said, ashamed. "Tonomi, I'm disappointed in you; we could never go out." "But, but Smith-sensei--" "No buts. You're too lazy. How can I go out with somebody who can't be to school on time?" "But-but Smith-sensei." "No buts. Goodbye forever." Shiro said as he faded to black. "oof." Tonomi finished off her thought as she bumped into somebody. "I'm so sorry!" Tonomi said, ashamed. "Oh my, there's no need to be upset. And it's my fault, I bumped into you." Kasumi Tendo said with a smile, as she picked up her books. "My name is Kasumi Tendo, and yours is?" She asked with that ever-present smile. "Oh it's Tonomi. Here, let me help you pick up those books," Tonomi said as she picked up one of the books. On the cover, it had a picture of a human body, and the words, 'Pre-med.' "Wow pre-med.." she said awed. "Oh it's nothing, I'm just reading it, the book belongs to Dr. Tofu." Kasumi said with a smile may or may not have been hinting at something. "Really? Well, Kasumi right? Well anyway, I'm late for school, so I gotta go. See ya!" She yelled as she went full speed to get to her destination. "Oh my. What an interesting girl," Kasumi Tendo said as she walked back to the Tendo household. *** "So you're awake." Karou said with a smirk. "Urg, what happened this time?" Shiro asked as he got up from the bed in the nurse's office. "Same ol' same ol'." She said as she placed a Band-Aid on Shiro head. "Huh?" Shiro intelligently replied. "One of the students in Sakura's chem. class mixed some wrong chemicals, and it just happened to blow up where you were standing. It happens at least once a week, and Sakura's always moving her classroom because of this. You know, I'm kind of surprised that only you were the only one hurt," she said with a smirk. "Yeah that's just great.."Shiro said with just a hint of sarcasm. "Uh, Karou what time is it?" Shiro asked. "It's the end of lunch, why? Feeling hungry?" Karou said. "Just asking." Shiro replied with a shrug. < I still have to meet Yamada-sensei today. > He sighed. "Well I guess I gotta go now back to my classroom," he said as a sense of apprehension came over him. "Oh don't brother. You're classroom is closed for repairs, plus the principal said he wants to see you." "Wonder what he wants now?" Shiro asked more for himself then for Karou. "Now that is the question isn't it?" Karou said sagely. "Huh? And what do you mean by that?" Shiro asked, annoyed. "Oh, sorry. Been watching too much of this one show. don't ask." "Okay.I guess I gotta go. See ya." *** "I'm here finally." Tonomi said as she looked at the front gates of Furinkan high. "You're late Delinquent." A sultry voice said in front of her. "Oh boy." Was all Tonomi could say before Hikino-sensei drained of her energy. *** "Aloha, Mr. Smith. Come sit down." Principal Kuno said as he was shaving a coconut. "As you know, today you will start your training with Yamada-sensei." "Yes, I'm aware of that sir." Shiro answered, unsure where Principal Kuno was going with it. The fact the last time he acted like this was when he got a new mentor didn't help either, he really didn't like this version of Kuno. "Well I've called you here to tell you that we'll be getting a new English teacher. She'll be working with you, as a part of a new experimental test. You'll be sharing your class with her, and if you two do well it will be implemented into other schools." Kuno said with an unusual air of casualness. Shiro was not liking this at all. "Is that all, sir?" Shiro asked, a little scared at what might happen. "One more thing. Until your partner comes, you will not be taking lessons with Yamada-sensei. When your she comes, Yamada-sensei, will both be your mentors. That is all." Principal Kuno said, still in serious mode, and still peeling his coconut. However when Shiro was at the door, Principal just said one magical word, "Catch." He then threw the coconut across the room to the door. Shiro just happened to catch it. * Boom! * went the coconut as it hit Shiro. "Oww." Shiro said simply as he fell face first on the tiles of the office, and gratefully passed out. *** "Well, look at the bright side, you got off easy." Sakura said, with a little smirk as they walked to her new classroom of the week. "You could have started today with Yamada-san." "You know, it's not that funny," Shiro said annoyed. "Okay, okay, I'll stop." "That's good. It's really not that funny." "If you say so. anyway, what's about this partner of yours?" she asked curiously. "Like do you know who she or he is?" "Nope, the principal told me nothing about my partner, expect it's a she." Shiro answered. "Oh. That's nice." She said seemingly indifferent. They walked the rest of the way in silence. *** "Aloha Yamada-sensei, as you may know, today the day you start today's training of Shiro Smith. But I just got a memo that, we were picked for a experimental project." "What does that mean, Kuno-sama?" Yamada said with forced humility. "Its means that you won't start today's training with Shiro. Instead, you'll wait for our new trainee." "Uh sir, what's this person name?" Yamada asked as he thought about the training. "Her name is Kawai Mariko." The head loon replied. "Kawai..." Yamada said as he looked like he remembered something. "Yamada..." Principal Kuno called out. "Yamada!" "Oh sorry, I gotta go now." "Yes, yes, you can go now." Principal Kuno said, waving him away. "Thank you sir," With that said, Yamada quickly ran out the door. *** "Interesting." Nabiki said as she listened to the conversation with her headphones. *** It was the end of the day and Shiro was in his house getting ready to go to sleep. Shiro Smith yawned and went to sleep. Hoping that tomorrow would bring better days. The End Author Notes: Okay you're properly wondering why is it so short?
